Who is responsible
The controller of any personal data collected through this website is Pobre Filipino Oy, business ID 2844520-4, Annankatu 15, 00120 Helsinki, Finland. Questions about this notice, or about anything set out below, go to pobre@pobre.fi and are answered by a person rather than a queue.
What we collect
Anonymous usage statistics and advertising measurement. Nothing else. This website has no accounts, no login, no newsletter sign-up and no comment section, so there is no name, address or password of yours for us to hold.
No payment data is collected on this site. Table reservations are handled by DinnerBooking and gift cards by Shopify, each on their own system and under their own privacy policy. If you pay for something you are paying them, on their pages, and this site never sees the card.
What we do see is aggregate: how many people opened the menu, which pages were read, roughly which part of the world they were read from, and whether the reader arrived by way of an advertisement. It is used to decide what belongs on the front page and how much to spend on advertising. It is not used to build a profile of you, it is not sold, and it is not passed to anyone beyond the processors named below.
The legal basis for all of it is your consent, given in the notice at the foot of the page and withdrawable at any time.
Cookies
Two of the three tools below set cookies, and neither may do so until you have said yes. Until then they are held in a denied state and can count you only as an anonymous, cookieless ping. The third sets no cookie at all.

Who else is involved
Three third parties can receive data by way of this website. Each is named here with the part it plays and a link to its own policy.
Processes the analytics and advertising measurement described above on our instruction, and only once you have consented. Google may process this data outside the EU under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Handles table reservations. Choosing to book takes you to their site, where their privacy policy applies and ours stops.
Handles gift card purchases. The same applies: their site, their policy, their payment processing.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may exercise any of the following at any time by writing to pobre@pobre.fi. We answer within one month.
- Access: ask what data concerning you we hold, and receive a copy of it.
- Rectification: have anything inaccurate corrected.
- Erasure: have data concerning you deleted.
- Objection: object to processing carried out on the basis of a legitimate interest.
- Withdrawal of consent: take back a consent you have given, at any time, as easily as you gave it. See the section below.
Because the analytics data described here is aggregated and never tied to your name, we may be unable to identify you within it. Where that is the case we will say so plainly rather than guess.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman if you believe your data has been handled improperly. Their office can be reached at tietosuoja.fi ↗
Withdrawing your consent
The button below clears the consent decision stored in this browser and reloads the page, which returns every advertising and analytics signal to its denied default and brings the notice back so you can answer again. It affects this browser only. Clearing cookies for pobre.fi in your browser settings has the same effect.
